The Villa Son Riera is part of a 50 acre estate owned formally by families of Nobility, Designed with families who are looking for a very safe environment Situated on a level, fully fenced plot of approximately 4 acres, which is planted with Almond, Fig, Olive, Plum, Walnut and many other fruit trees.

This Luxury Villa Majorca is south facing and was built in 2005 in a very traditional style to blend in with its natural surroundings.

The interior of the house has a very modern elegant contemporary style and comprises of an entrance hall, sitting room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast area, laundry room, five bedrooms sleeping up to 12 people.

Many families from all over Europe have enjoyed luxurious holidays at the Villa and early booking is recommended. We can also cater for Sports teams, weddings and corporate weeks.

The Infinity Swimming Pool can also be heated (Extra Cost) allowing us the pleasure of swimming until late November.

• Bedroom One is at ground level perfect for the Grandparents with a walk in shower en-suite and private entrance from the pool and outside terrace no stairs or steps involved.

• Bedroom Two has two single beds and carpeted floor  

• Bedroom Three has a 2m x 1.8 four poster bed  

• Master Suite  includes king-size bed, huge walk-in-shower, dressing room and sitting room area, entrance to your own private terrace with a heated outside 4-6 people Jacuzzi overlooking the valley perfect in the heat of the day or dark of the night.  

All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, individually controlled air conditioning and direct access to the many outside and covered terraces for you to enjoy a lazy read of a book or glass of local wine.

Markets

One of the oldest established markets in the whole of Spain is only 3km away every Wednesday 52 weeks a year.

Recreation and Leisure

Cycling in Mallorca, starts here, whether its road or Mountain bikes, we can have the bikes delivered to your door stop with or without a guide. Trekking or fitness and weight loss weeks with personal trainers can also be arranged.

Being central we are  a short driving distance from many beaches and Golf Course in Mallorca.

How to Get Here

After a unhurried 25/30 minutes drive from Palma International Airport, you will arrive to Villa Son Riera.  The short journey from the airport will take you past various shopping centres in Palma, then into the heart of Mallorca, where the drive will allow you to wind down, relax and enjoy the stress free way of life in our gorgeous countryside.  We have no fixed speed cameras, traffic jams or pollution in this part of Mallorca...

On arrival to the town of Sineu you will notice the silhouette of the Church cascading over the towns beautiful unspoiled medieval buildings.  The town of Sineu has been carefully preserved, you will not see fast food restaurants here... Crossing over the single lane railway track by the old post office, you will find Villa Son Riera 3 mins away.

Information About Health and Insurance

First Aid box is included in the house.  Medical Care is fantastic with many English speaking doctors and nurses.  A small 24 hour Medical centre is situated 3 mins drive from the house in Sineu and a new 24 hour fully equipped hospital is around 8 to 10 mins drive.  Insurance is recommended.
